  • Getting Started

    Welcome to your new membership here at The Play Group! We are so excited to have you join our community. When you sign up you will receive a confirmation email with your subscription code. This code will need to be entered during the checkout process. After booking your first class make sure you sign up for an Acuity account using the email you used to purchase your membership.

  • The Acuity Client Scheduling App

    The Acuity client scheduling app is an easy way to manage your appointments. Click through below to download the Apple and Google versions of this app. You will log into your Acuity account, and then enter our scheduling URL:

  • Managing Subscription Code

    When you are logged into your account your code will not automatically apply. You will have to enter the number, or go into your account settings to manage subscription. Your code can be found there and applied. Please make sure to click “APPLY” after entering.

    Flexible members will need a separate code for booking individual classes.

  • Cancelling an Appointment

    We ask that you only book classes that you plan on attending. You will receive a reminder for classes that you have booked the day before, and day of. If you need to cancel your class, you are able to do so up to 2 hours prior to class starting. Please reach out and let us know if you are not able to cancel yourself. Failure to attend a scheduled class will have an initial verbal warning. Future no-shows will result in a $12 fee/class missed.

Cancelation Policy

We kindly ask all members to manage their reservations and cancel as early as possible if unable to attend. Members may cancel up to 2 hours prior to the class start time.

To encourage fairness:

  • A single warning will be issued for the first missed class without cancellation.

  • After the warning, a $12 fee will be charged for any future no-shows or late cancellations.

When a class reservation is not canceled in advance, it prevents other members from booking and negatively impacts both our community and our small business.
